Role Description The Beauty Advisor – Retail is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the team member will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness.

Responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, explaining ingredients and benefits, and ensuring an engaging, premium in-store experience aligned with Kimirica’s brand standards. The role involves achieving retail sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising and product displays, managing stock levels,



and handling billing and basic store operations.

The Beauty

Advisor will also respond to customer queries, resolve concerns, and collect feedback to continuously improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Retail Sales skills to meet and exceed store targets, upsell and cross-sell products, and support promotional activities.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming, luxury in-store atmosphere and deliver personalized recommendations.
- Strong Communication skills to explain product features clearly, educate customers on usage and benefits, and collaborate with team members.
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle retail is preferred; knowledge of vegan, cruelty-free, and wellness-focused products is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Skilled appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional training or certification in beauty or cosmetology is a plus.
