- Minimum 2 year of experience as a barista, with a basic understanding of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Passionate about coffee, customer service, and delivering a great guest experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Eager to learn new skills, explore different aspects of the coffee business, and improve professionally.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities, support daily operations, and grow within the team.
