We are seeking a talented and passionate Bakery and Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in every dessert. You’ll be responsible for producing high-end pastries, baked goods, and confections that delight our guests and align with our brand's standards.

KKey Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce a variety of French desserts, entremets, mousse cakes, tarts, pastries, and bakery products.
- Execute recipes with precision and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Handle all stages of dessert production, including sponge preparation, mousse making, glazing, layering, and finishing.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved within timelines.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory and communicate raw material requirements to the management.
- Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of ingredients.
- Assist in developing current dessert concepts and seasonal menu items.




- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role
- Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred
- Deep knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating
- Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics and detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
