Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth for our Cafe Vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales within the Food & Beverage (F&B;), Hospitality, or Frozen Food industry, with a proven ability to acquire current clients, manage key accounts, and develop long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.

- Acquire and manage clients across cafes, restaurants, hotels, corporate offices, institutional accounts, and other relevant channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Develop sales strategies, generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close business deals.

- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and ensure successful deal closures.

- Identify market trends, assess competitor activities, and explore recent business opportunities.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

- Monitor sales performance, maintain client databases, and prepare regular sales reports.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Cafe Vertical.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.

- Mandatory industry experience in F&B;, Hospitality, or Frozen Food.

- Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue generation, and business development.

- Strong knowledge of B2B sales channels, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve sales targets.
