Role Description The Back Office Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Burdwan, responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational activities of Saluja Auto Retails Private Limited - Mahindra & Mahindra Authorised Dealer & Workshop. This role includes managing documentation, maintaining records, handling data entry, and organizing files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

The Back Office

Assistant will support communication with internal teams and beneficiaries, assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings or activities, and help prepare basic reports and summaries. The role also involves responding to routine inquiries, supporting customer service processes from the back office, and ensuring that office procedures are followed consistently. The successful candidate will work closely with other staff members to maintain smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance to manage records, documentation, and office procedures effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to handle data, check accuracy, and support reporting and basic problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with team members and respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, email, data entry tools) and familiarity with standard office equipment would be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- B.A or B.SC is required .
