About ExtraaazExtraaaz Innovative Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. helps businesses digitize and automate their operations through innovative software solutions, including ERP, POS, CRM, inventory management, e-commerce, and business automation systems.

We are looking for a motivated B2B Software Sales Executive who can identify business opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
- Connect with business owners, directors, and decision-makers to understand their software requirements.
- Present and demonstrate ERP, POS, CRM, and other business automation solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
- Schedule product demos and client meetings.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.





Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, ERP, POS, or IT services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Ability to understand business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn performance incentives.
