Role Details

- Position: AWS Databricks Developer
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Location: Pan India (Multiple locations within India)
- Employment Type: Contract / Full time
- Contract Duration: 6 Months (for contract engagement)
- Shift Timings: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM IST
- Salary: 120000 per month (Non negotiable)

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in Databricks development for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Strong expertise in data engineering, including building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Proficiency in Apache Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, Scala, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Delta Lake, including ACID transactions, schema evolution, and performance optimization.




- Experience developing batch and near-real-time data ingestion pipelines.
- Knowledge of analytical and dimensional data modelling, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Experience with AWS cloud storage services and data engineering best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, BI teams, and data science teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

Good to Have

- Exposure to ML/AI workloads and feature engineering on Databricks.
- Familiarity with MLflow or similar model-tracking tools.
- Experience with Databricks CI/CD and Git-based version control.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in the Insurance domain.
