We're looking for an AI Automation Expert to automate our daily business operations – orders, stock, billing, dispatch, follow-ups and marketing – using AI tools and smart workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Identify manual tasks and automate them using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Build workflows using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Excel and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Apps Script)
- Create dashboards and reports for stock, sales and dispatch
- Set up AI chatbots for customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Train staff on new tools and keep systems running smoothly
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic coding (Python / JavaScript / Apps Script) is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset, self-driven
- English required; Telugu/Hindi a plus
Timings: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
