- Develop, maintain, and control company-wide Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.

- Define and update SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, and Quality Manuals.

- Ensure version control, document approvals, and process standardization across all departments.

- Conduct regular gap assessments to ensure compliance with QMS standards.

Internal Quality

Audits

- Plan, schedule, and execute Internal Quality Audits (IQA) across departments.

- Lead the internal auditor team and ensure audit effectiveness.

- Identify non-conformities (NCs), prepare CAPA plans, and ensure follow-ups to closure.

- Present audit findings to senior leadership.

3. Process &

- Compliance Audits

- Conduct process audits in production, assembly lines, PCBA, battery manufacturing, and inverter testing areas.

- Verify process controls, quality checkpoints, and adherence to SOPs.

- Perform system, product, and LPA audits (Layered Process Audits) as required.

4. ISO Standards &

- External Audits

- Lead preparation and coordination for external ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001).

- Ensure all required compliance documents, records, and evidence are ready.

- Work with external certification agencies and drive closure of findings.

Supplier

Quality &

- Vendor Audits

- Conduct supplier audits related to PCBA, electronics, mechanical parts, battery components, and packaging vendors.

- Evaluate supplier QMS maturity, production processes, and quality controls.

- Work with SCM &
- SQE teams for vendor improvement.

6. CAPA &

- Continuous Improvement

- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Why, Fishbone, and PDCA methods.

- Drive CAPA implementation and verify effectiveness.

- Support Kaizen, Lean, and process improvement projects.

- Improve audit score trends and reduce repeat NCs.

7. Training &

- Competency Development

- Train employees and internal auditors on QMS requirements, SOPs, ISO standards, and audit methods.





- Build quality culture across the organization through awareness programs.
