? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily auction yard operations, including vehicle receiving, parking, staging, and dispatch.
- Monitor vehicle arrivals and departures while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate vehicle positioning and preparation for inspections, photography, and auctions.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report visible damage or discrepancies.
- Keep the yard organized and ensure vehicles are stored in designated locations.
- Support auction preparation by ensuring vehicles are ready for scheduled activities.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport providers, auction teams, and other departments.
- Supervise daily yard activities when required and ensure operational procedures are followed.
- Promote workplace safety and maintain a clean, secure, and efficient yard environment.
