Role & responsibilities

Lead the E&I; maintenance function, improve asset reliability and energy performance, and manage the team, maintenance plans and budget.

Key responsibilities

Leadership and reliability

- Manage E&I; engineers, shift teams, technicians and contractors; plan staffing, training and departmental work.
- Drive root-cause analysis, equipment reliability, preventive/predictive maintenance, shutdown planning and critical spares.

Plant systems and improvement

- Ensure reliability of extrusion, casting, MDO, TDO, winders, slitters, utilities and related drives and automation.
- Manage PLC/SCADA/drive upgrades, OEM coordination, commissioning support and CMMS maintenance records.

Energy, cost and safety

- Track power quality, demand, power factor and energy use per kg of film; deliver savings projects.
- Own maintenance budget, safety audits, LOTO discipline, contractor safety and applicable statutory compliance.

Required technical / leadership skills

Maintenance leadership, PLC/SCADA,



drive systems, RCA, CMMS/SAP PM, project and vendor management

Performance indicators

Equipment availability; reduced downtime; PM compliance; kWh/kg; maintenance budget; safety; repeat failures

Candidate screening preference

Preference for hands-on BOPET/BOPP film-line experience and familiarity with the plants installed OEM equipment and automation platforms.
