We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Professor for the Department of Commerce at JKKN College of Arts and Science. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to teaching and be able to inspire students to achieve their full potential. Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of commerce and related subjects.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining a robust research program in the field of commerce.
- Mentoring and advising students on academic and career related matters.




- Participating in college committees and events to contribute to the overall functioning and development of the college.
- Engaging in scholarly activities to maintain and enhance the reputation of the college.

Qualifications:

- A PhD or equivalent degree in Commerce or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and research at the university level.
- Strong publication record in reputable journals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, students and staff from diverse backgrounds.
