Responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Strong technical capability in valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and other relevant approaches.
- Hands-on experience in building, reviewing, and validating financial models and valuation models with strong attention to assumptions and outputs.
- Sound understanding of financial statement analysis and core accounting concepts to support accurate valuation work.
- Ability to prepare high-quality valuation reports and supporting documentation with explicit, structured, and defensible analysis.
- Experience in managing workstreams and coordinating team deliverables for valuation engagements in a consulting environment.
