You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the overall program and multiple projects within it, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while mitigating risks and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Foster robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Lead and mentor project managers and teams, providing guidance on best practices in project management methodologies.
- Oversee resource allocation and utilization to ensure optimal performance across projects.
- Conduct regular program reviews and status updates, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Skills and Tools Required

- Strong experience in program management and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and program strategy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,



with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and change management principles.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in the technology sector, particularly in IT services or software development, is highly desirable.About the Role:
