Key Responsibilities: Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

- Good presentation skills and understanding of Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- Basic understanding of US healthcare.

Experience Requirement: 10–12 years overall, with at least 2–3 years of experience in transition management.

- Manage end-to-end transitions for new client projects.
- Drive transition and transformation initiatives.
- Develop project plans and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with US stakeholders, India leadership, HR, Administration, and other internal teams.
- Manage project timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare project updates and presentations for senior leadership.

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in Transition & Transformation.
- Project and Program Management.
