Role Overview/Your Impact

1. Making sure internal processes, documentation and checklist are followed and maintained in a timely manner.
2. Downloading and uploading invoices in Sakon portal.
3. Will be responsible for all the data entry tasks needed for the assigned project.
4. Completing all the tasks with 100% quality like maintaining trackers, tracking portal, SFTP and E-Mail invoices, following for missing invoices.

What Does the team do The Invoice Management team in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) is responsible for end-to-end handling of telecom invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency. This includes timely invoice receipts, validation, dispute resolution, approvals, and timely processing for payment with accurate cost center and GL codes.



Team also identifies billing discrepancies, resolves disputes with vendors, and ensures contract compliance. Additionally, they analyze invoice data to optimize telecom spend and provide detailed reporting for financial planning.

Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors are essential for this role.
