Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
Agent Recruitment ü Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
ü Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for current agent hiring ü Conduct Career Seminar of prospects ü Follow agent hiring mechanism & other hiring norms
Agent Development ü Ensure product knowledge by MLI ways of training Field demonstration (FOD’s)
ü Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
ü Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
ü Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
Meet Business Targets ü Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
ü Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc…
ü Ensure companies product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms.
ü Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan
Customer Centricity ü Be MLI brand ambassador & a customer champion ü Follow MLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty ü Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need ü Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per MLI standard.
Measures of Success:
ü Achievement of business plan & GPA ü Recruitment / Development & Activisation of agent as per plan.
ü Number MTD Active ü Persistancy as per grid ü Number of EC/MDRT agent
Hiring Specifications :
· Sales Background
· Minimum 2 Years Experience , Atleast 6 Months in last Job
· Age Criteria : 24 Years to 35 Years
· Should be employed in BFSI/Structured Company
· Not more than 2 Job Changes in one year
· Should be in City for atleast 1 Year
