Role Description The Assistant Services Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role supports the end-to-end delivery of service operations, including coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

The Assistant Services

Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, maintain service documentation, track performance metrics, and help implement process improvements. Daily responsibilities include handling stakeholder queries, preparing reports, supporting compliance with company policies,



and assisting the Services Manager in planning and monitoring ongoing projects. The role also involves contributing to a safe, effective, and customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate service operations, manage schedules, and track tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and comfort with digital workflows.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about mining and metals operations and service requirements.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional, safety-conscious approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in service management or operations support is an advantage.
