- Sourcing

- Manage end-to-end procurement of Sheet Metal, Aluminium, Copper, PVC, and related materials

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to ensure a competitive and reliable supply base

- Float RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

Vendor Management

- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships

- Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD)

- Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and support audits where required

Cost Optimization

- Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, VAVE, and negotiation

- Track market trends for metals such as Aluminium, Copper, and Steel to support effective procurement decisions

- Ensure procurement within budget and support cost-saving targets

Planning &

- Coordination

- Coordinate closely with Production, PPC, R&D;, and Stores teams

- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production disruptions

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock balance

Documentation &

- Compliance

- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems

- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and quality requirements

- Maintain proper documentation of procurement transactions and contracts

Logistics &

- Delivery

- Track order status and ensure timely delivery from suppliers

- Resolve supply delays, shortages, and discrepancies

- Coordinate with logistics and stores teams for smooth inward material flow
