Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- Ensure high standards of food quality, beverage service, and guest satisfaction.

- Supervise, motivate, and support restaurant staff during shifts.

- Conduct daily briefings and ensure proper grooming and attendance of team members.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.

- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.

- Assist in inventory management, requisitioning, and stock control of restaurant supplies.

- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue, payroll, and cost targets.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.

- Assist in training and development of restaurant associates.

- Prepare operational reports and maintain necessary records.

- Monitor cash handling procedures and billing accuracy.
