Kauvery Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant or Deputy Nursing Superintendent to support the nursing management team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting best practices in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing daily nursing operations, including staff scheduling, patient care coordination, and quality assurance.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies to provide the highest standard of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Support nursing staff in clinical decision-making and provide mentorship and guidance in patient care.

Skills and Qualifications
