Responsibilities

- Acquire new-to-bank customers and drive the growth of the Current Account Savings Account (CASA) portfolio through active relationship building and acquisition strategies.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell a comprehensive range of retail banking products and financial services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal bank policies during all customer interactions and transactions.




- Collaborate effectively with branch partners and distribution channels to optimize referral opportunities and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in retail banking sales, customer acquisition, or financial services.
- Deep understanding of CASA products, banking operations, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance and risk management.
