The Logistics Executive will play a crucial role in the precast industry at our Navi Mumbai location.
With 7-12 years of experience in logistics operations, the ideal candidate will oversee and manage the entire logistics and supply chain process to ensure the effective transportation and delivery of precast materials.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency - Managing all aspects of transportation, including route planning and carrier selection - Overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management and quality control
- Collaborating with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely delivery of precast materials - Tracking and analyzing key logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Leading and mentoring a team of logistics professionals to achieve departmental goals - Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate logistics activities
Technical Competencies
Advanced knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices,Demonstrated success in optimizing supply chain processes,Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control,Proficiency in logistics software and supply chain management tools
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field - 7-12 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the precast industry
