We are seeking a talented and experienced Precast Production Engineer to join our team.
As a Precast Production Engineer at Adani, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the precast industry.

Key Responsibilities of Role
Oversee the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency and meet project deadlines
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues in the production process • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review technical drawings and provide input on manufacturability
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste,
and improve overall operational efficiency • Implement and maintain best practices for workplace safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Provide technical guidance and support to production staff, resolving any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics, presenting findings to management and offering recommendations for improvement • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to drive innovation within the precast production environment
Technical Competencies
In-depth knowledge of precast manufacturing processes and techniques,Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications,Familiarity with industry-specific software and production management tools,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to precast
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in the precast industry Diploma / BE in Civil
