- Responsible for trademark coordination among international and Indian trademark firms.
- Drafting the C&D; notices inhouse after the legal due diligence of all infringement cases in India and

abroad.
- Responsible for upkeep for the Trademark MIS and tracking certificates of applied cases.
- The resource will be coordinating with external agencies for filing and tracking oppositions to identical/

similar trademarks to that of EAPL.
- Additional responsibility to supervise the design and patents filing for EAPL and subsidiaries.
- The resource shall be responsible for international trademark infringement cases and ensure timely

compliance in case of ongoing trademark litigation.

- 4+ years working experience in Legal

Education:

- LLB
