- Ensure the Preventive maintenance schedule and implementation of the same.

- Ensure proper and timely calibration of the instruments.

- Responsible for instrument related activities in shifts.

- To read daily report to attend day to day maintenance and breakdown jobs.

- Preparation of preventive maintenance and calibration schedule for instruments.

- To take corrective & timely action for any deviation of calibration of instruments.

- To follow preventive schedule with calibration of instrument engineer/production in charge.

- To makeshift report, informed to engineer/manager for any abnormality and action taken.

- To make calibration report as per ISO format & well maintained all the instruments.

- To take plant round & check for safety of all instruments.

- To do cable laying, installation of instrument, wrong, cable giading/ termination work.

- To read/prepare/fault finding of writing diagram, logic diagram of DCS/PLC/Package systems
- To supervise/involve in Project Instrumentation work.

- Raising indent for required spares & service and get approval.

- Maintain the record of Honeywell & Dell AMC service report.

- Statutory compliance related to weighing machines.

- To inform plant in Charge and supervise the critical problem and material stock position.
