Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of EHS and ESG programs in alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements to ensure sustainable and protected operations.

- Assist in developing and updating EHSS policies, procedures, and objectives aligned with international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GRI, TCFD, etc.).

- Conduct environmental and safety risk assessments and contribute to materiality analysis.

- Support in defining short-term and long-term EHSS goals, KPIs, and action plans.

- Participate in strategic planning for sustainability programs and initiatives.

- Help coordinate compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks (local and global).

- Implement approved EHSS programs at site and corporate levels.

- Facilitate training and awareness programs for employees and contractors on EHSS practices and ESG responsibilities.

- Coordinate and participate in EHS audits, inspections, and ESG due diligence activities.

- Support data collection and documentation for carbon footprint,



energy usage, water conservation, waste management, and social performance indicators.

- Assist in vendor assessments, particularly on environmental, Safety and social standards.

- Monitor and track performance against EHSS and ESG KPIs.

- Assist in compiling Safety & ESG reports and internal audit findings.

- Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances; assist with root cause analysis.

- Conduct gap analyses against regulatory and voluntary EHSS frameworks.

- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities or performance gaps.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.

- Suggest updates to policies or procedures based on audit outcomes or changing regulations.

- Engage with stakeholders (internal and external) to drive a culture of safety and sustainability.
