Required at least 1-2 years of experience in CRM support. Positive communication skills.
Experience - 2-5 Years in Software/ CRM Support.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software issues reported by customers.
- Document and escalate complex or unresolved problems about software to the relevant teams or departments
- Communicate effectively and courteously with customers and the internal team via phone, email, or chat
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolution of the issues about software.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base and support documentation about software.
- Collaborate with other support engineers and reporting managers to share best practices and feedback.
