Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled IT professional with experience in system operations and application support to join our technology team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical and functional support for trading applications and assist exchange members with queries and issues.
- Perform routine support operations on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Respond to internal and external queries through emails and ensure proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational and technical issues.
- Prepare and circulate MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

- BE / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (IT)



or other graduates with a good academic record and relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, application support, or system operations.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Exposure to stock/commodity exchange applications, trading platforms, CTCL, ODIN, or financial/banking applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24×6 shift setting, including night shifts.
- RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) certification will be an added advantage.
