Job Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Human Resources (Generalist Role)

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business goals.
- Drive end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.
- Manage employee life cycle activities: joining formalities, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Act as a change agent and drive initiatives on employee engagement, retention, and culture building.
- Coordinating for the performance management process including goal setting, quaterly reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters while ensuring within TAT and empathetic resolution.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for decision-making and strategy.

Requirements:

Education: MBA in HR, MSW,



or any equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience.

Skills:

- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and MIS reporting
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally

Travel: Should be open to travel within the Gujarat State as per business needs.
