Role Purpose The Assistant Manager Cyber Security will play a pivotal role in fortifying the digital infrastructure of Adani Cyber Security COE.
This role is designed to support the strategic cybersecurity initiatives of the organization, ensuring robust risk management, proactive threat mitigation, and alignment with the Adani Group’s broader mission of digital transformation.
The position will focus on safeguarding the Adani One Super App and other critical digital platforms, ensuring their resilience against evolving cyber threats while enabling seamless user experiences for millions of consumers.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect Adani’s digital platforms, including the Adani One Super App, from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security gaps in the organization’s digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into the development and deployment of digital platforms.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of incidents.
- Implement and manage advanced threat detection and prevention systems to safeguard critical assets.
- Provide technical expertise in the evaluation and selection of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs for employees to foster a culture of security.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.
- Support the CISO in developing and maintaining the organization’s cybersecurity roadmap and policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on risk management and threat mitigation.
- Skilled certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
- Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in cybersecurity are preferred.
