- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary sales targets.
- Ensure sell-out growth from retail counters in assigned territory.

Objective 2: Distributor & Channel Partner Management

Key Results : Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, and key retailers.

- Ensure optimal stock availability and correct product mix at distributor and retail level.
- Monitor distributor billing, collections, and credit adherence.
- Resolve channel partner issues to ensure smooth secondary movement.

Objective 3: Retail Execution & Market Coverage

Key Results: Execute beat plans, outlet coverage, and market visits as per norms.

- Increase numeric and weighted distribution.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and POS compliance.




- Drive recent outlet additions and category expansion at existing outlets.

Objective 4: Scheme & Promotion Implementation Market Intelligence & Reporting
