Job Summary

Overview Publicis Groupe is looking for an Assistant Manager - commerce to manage campaign execution across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The role requires hands-on experience in campaign management, performance monitoring, optimisation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

- Campaign Management & Execution: Execute e-commerce media campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Ensure campaign delivery as per media plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitor live campaigns and implement optimisation measures.

- Quick Commerce Campaigns: Manage campaign execution across quick commerce platforms, including sponsored listings and visibility initiatives. Coordinate with platform representatives to improve campaign performance. Understand platform dynamics, including product availability, pricing, and promotions.





- Performance & Optimisation: Track campaign performance against KPIs such as ROAS, sales, traffic, and visibility. Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure effective budget utilisation and campaign delivery.

- Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare regular campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries. Share insights and optimisation recommendations with internal teams and clients. Collaborate with planning, account management, analytics teams, and platform partners.

Requirements

- 2.8-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital media.

- Hands-on experience in campaign execution across e-commerce platforms.

- Practical experience with quick commerce platforms is mandatory.

- Agency experience preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
