Assistant Manager– Bankruptcy & Foreclosure

Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: 3:30PM – 12:30 AM IST (This is a US-based process, so flexibility to work in night shifts is required.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to manage US banking operations in Customer AssetManagement (CAM), specializing in Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Investor Claims, and Loss Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, ensuringSLA adherence, productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Oversee bankruptcy cases, including Chapter7/13, Proof of Claim, and post-discharge activities.
- Manage foreclosure workflows, default setup, documentation, investortimelines, and post-sale reporting.
- Lead, coach,and mentor team members to achieve operational targets.
- Handle complexcases, escalations, exceptions, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, and client stakeholders to drive processimprovements.
- Ensure adherence to US bankingregulations, client policies,and internal controls.

Required Skills & Experience




- Strong knowledge of US mortgageoperations, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Investor Claims, and Loss Mitigation.
- Experience in team management, performance monitoring, and escalation handling.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel,reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Willingness to work from the Noida office in the designated US-aligned shift.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience as a Team Lead, SME, or AssistantManager in US mortgage servicing or banking operations.

2–4 years of team-lead or people-management experience. Qualification: · Graduate or Equivalent
