Key Responsibilities Assist FB Manager in managing daily operations of all FB outlets (Restaurant, Bar, Banquets, IRD, Staff Cafeteria if applicable).

Ensure outlet SOPs, service sequence, grooming and guest handling standards are followed. Monitor daily sales performance, covers, upselling, and guest feedback trends. Coordinate with Kitchen for food quality, service timing, and guest special requests.

Ensure FOH cleanliness, ambience, table setup, and overall look feel of outlets. Handle guest complaints,



service recovery, and ensure closure before guest departure. Support manpower planning, duty roster, shift briefing, and staff discipline.

Conduct training on service standards, menu knowledge, upselling and hospitality behavior. Ensure hygiene, safety, HACCP practices, and audit compliance across outlets. Support inventory control, breakage control, and cost monitoring in coordination with store/bar/kitchen.
