Role Purpose To recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents and drive sales through the agency channel while ensuring productivity, persistency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard quality insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop and maintain a productive agency force.
- Conduct training sessions and provide regular field coaching to agents.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor agent productivity and activation ratios.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with advisors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.




- Prepare sales reports and participate in review meetings.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-6 years of experience in insurance sales, agency sales, banking, NBFC, FMCG, telecom, or direct sales.
- Experience in team handling and business development preferred.
