Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Mangalore.

The Articled

Assistant will support audit assignments, accounting, and tax compliance work under the guidance of senior team members, including preparation and review of financial statements, ledgers, and working papers. Daily responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, direct and indirect tax filings, documentation for regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves working on MIS reports, basic financial analysis, and supporting Virtual CFO engagements, including data collation and report preparation.

Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with clients in a professional manner, and actively learn and apply accounting standards, tax laws, and firm methodologies.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- CA Intermediate cleared in 2026: Candidates who have recently cleared CA Intermediate, either Group I, Group II or both groups, and are aspiring Chartered Accountants.
- Articleship requirement: Candidates seeking to commence their mandatory two-year CA articleship under the applicable ICAI guidelines.
- Active career interest: Candidates who have recently shared their CA Intermediate results, examination success or articleship-seeking status on LinkedIn are encouraged to apply.
- Location: Willing to undertake full-time, in office articleship at our Mangalore office.
- Commitment: Willing to commit to the full two-year articleship period, subject to applicable ICAI regulations.
