Role Description The role involves hands-on exposure to Statutory Audit and Tax Audit of Banks and NBFCs, including verification of financial statements, accounting and tax compliance, RBI regulatory requirements, audit documentation, analytical procedures, and interaction with clients. The position offers practical learning and professional development in the banking and financial services sector.

Qualifications

- Cleared CA Intermediate (Both Groups) and completed ITT and Orientation Course (OC) training.
- Solid foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and financial reporting,



preferably with relevant academic coursework in Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting or audit software will be an advantage.
- Effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear working papers and interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data and identify variances or issues.
