Role Description The Article Trainee role at KGMC India is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The trainee will support finance and accounting outsourcing activities, including preparing and reviewing financial documents, assisting with bookkeeping, and helping with reconciliations and reporting. Daily responsibilities may involve data entry and validation, working with financial software, supporting audits and compliance tasks, and helping senior team members with client deliverables.

The role also includes researching financial regulations or best practices,



documenting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting and finance concepts, with the ability to apply them to practical business scenarios.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and financial tools; familiarity with MS Excel or similar software is highly beneficial.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing numerical data, documentation, and reconciliations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting work clearly.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, manage time well, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and company information.
- Relevant academic background in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related discipline; pursuing or having completed a professional qualification (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
