- Performing the audit& assistance assignment as per standards/ checklists.
- Ensuring timely collection of all information and documents with respect to audit/assignment.
- Audit /assignment documentation (file & I firm).
- Preparation of draft report, including annexure.
- Involvement in the audit and observation of all the work.
- He/she shall be required to assist in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts, deeds, documents, and legal advisory/memos on various corporate legal matters
Required Qualification: CA Intermediate (Both the Groups)
