About the Company

Richmax Finvest is an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) specializing in gold loans. Incorporated in 2020, the company has an established presence of over 140 branches across 7 states and is focused on expanding its network. Its product portfolio includes Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), bonds, subordinated debt, deposits, and third-party financial products, including life and health insurance. ## We are looking for experienced, self-motivated, and results-oriented sales professionals to drive business growth through the direct sales channel.

The selected candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, investment product sales, insurance sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities -

Drive direct sales of NCDs, deposits, and third-party products, including life and health insurance. - Acquire recent customers, retail investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). -

Develop business through personal networks, referrals, and field-level market outreach. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. -

Generate leads, conduct client meetings,



and convert prospects into business. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Eligibility Criteria -

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an NBFC, financial institution, cooperative society, or similar organization. - Mandatory experience in direct sales or branch-channel sales of deposits and third-party products, particularly life and health insurance. - Strong local networking skills and an established customer base are essential. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. -
