We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager for Channel Sales in the Inverter Battery segment. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and performance of the sales activities within the assigned territory. This role requires a solid focus on building and maintaining relationships with channel partners to maximize sales and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners including distributors, retailers, and installers to expand market reach.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies and promotional programs to drive sales growth and enhance product visibility in the market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners; act as the main point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Sales Performance Analysis:



Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the territory; develop forecasts and performance metrics to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Training & Support: Provide comprehensive product training and sales support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell the product line.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance metrics, market trends, and forecasts; present findings and recommend directives to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical support teams to develop marketing campaigns geared towards channel partners.
