Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draughtsman with 3–5 years of experience in construction and architectural drafting. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, experienced in preparing detailed working drawings, and capable of coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop drawings for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, interior, and MEP drawings as required.
- Convert design concepts into accurate, practical, and site-executable drawings.
- Review drawings for dimensions, detailing, discrepancies, and coordination issues.
- Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and drawing updates.
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing records and revision history.




- Support site teams by resolving drawing-related technical queries.
- Ensure drawings are completed accurately and submitted within project deadlines.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and basic material estimation when required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant drafting experience in construction or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office is an advantage.
- Robust understanding of building construction, technical detailing, dimensions, levels, and construction drawings.
- Experience in residential villas, apartments, commercial buildings, or interior projects is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with design and site teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
