We are a Dubai-based company seeking an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator specialising in exterior 3D building visualisation to support our London-based client dealing in commercial property development and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce realistic exterior 3D building renders from architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with UK architects, planning consultants and construction project managers.
- Maintain architectural plans,



documents and site photographs on Google Drive and Google Photos.

Requirements

- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong architectural 3D visualisation and computer skills.
- Own computer and reliable high-speed internet.
- Exclusive availability during UK working hours.
- Willingness to travel to the UK and within India when required, at the company’s expense.

Freelance Remuneration

- ₹36,000 payable monthly.
- ₹48,000 loyalty bonus payable after completing 12 continuous months, subject to contract conditions.
- Total 12-month remuneration: ₹4,80,000, including the conditional loyalty bonus.
