MMH simplifies the process by converting selected plans into complete drawing sets that can be used directly with contractors, reducing the need to hire separate design professionals.

Clients can also request fully customized house plans at a competitive cost or use MMH drawings alongside those from other architects to compare options. MMH focuses on providing flexibility, choice, and thoughtful planning for one of life’s most key milestones—building a home.

Role Description The Architect role at Make My House is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Architect will design residential spaces, develop detailed architectural plans, and create elevation concepts aligned with client requirements and MMH’s design standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with civil and interior design teams, coordinating with software engineers on plan integration into digital platforms, and ensuring drawings are accurate, buildable, and compliant with applicable codes.





The Architect will meet with clients to understand their vision, refine design options, and provide professional guidance on layout, materials, and feasibility. The role also involves managing project timelines, reviewing construction documentation, and supporting contractors with clarifications during the build phase.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential projects and plan/elevation development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration sufficient to collaborate with technical teams on digital design tools and platform workflows.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle multiple design assignments, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional work.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Strong visualization, communication, and client presentation abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to a technology-driven design environment.
