Job Summary We are looking for experienced AR Callers with Denial Management experience in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, excellent denial resolution knowledge, and the ability to follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups with US healthcare insurance companies.

Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.

Identify denial reasons and take appropriate corrective actions.

Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

Work on claim status inquiries, appeals, and resubmissions.





Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills Qualifications 12 years of relevant experience in AR Calling and Denial Management.

US Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of medical billing, claims processing, and denial resolution.

C1-level English communication skills are mandatory.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
