Summary

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application solutions. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources, fostering collaboration, and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Oversee the coordination between cross-functional teams to align application development with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Robust knowledge of version control systems and release management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and configuration.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline development workflows.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
