As an Application Engineer Post-Sales, you will play a crucial role as follows: -

- Technical Troubleshooting: Address software functionality-related issues, including installation problems, compatibility with OS and hardware, and any other technical challenges that arise.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize quick thinking and technical expertise to resolve customer design-related issues and software functionality concerns efficiently.
- Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users on various functionalities of SolidWorks, helping them achieve desired productivity levels during solution implementation.
- Customer Interaction:



Maintain regular communication and conduct reviews with customers to ensure effective utilization of SolidWorks and other CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.
