- Understand business and functional requirements.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Validate new features and enhancements.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Perform retesting and regression testing after fixes.

Automation

Testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
- Execute automation suites and analyze results.
- Improve test coverage through automation.

4.

Quality Assurance

Activities
- Participate in requirement and design reviews.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes.
- Identify risks and provide quality recommendations.

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Document testing results and defect summaries.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

6. Collaboration
- Work with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

7. Non-Functional Testing (Exposure Level)
- Perform basic API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Support performance, security, and usability testing initiatives.
- Validate application compatibility across browsers and devices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering 2-5 years
