Primary Skills

- Proven experience in White box Testing (e.g; Unit Testing) on Latest Versions of Android Platform.

Min 5 years of Android based Automotive Infotainment (IVI) Application & Framework development.

- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin Programming and scripting (python or bash).
- 1-2 years of Strong Knowledge and experience on

- Android or Linux Build environment (Soong , Maven and Gradle)
- Android Architecture
- Android IPC Communication (AIDL)
- Unit Testing Frameworks - JUnit, GTest, GMock (Stubs, Mocks and etc).

- Test Suites(CTS).
- Android based Automotive Infotainment (IVI) Application & Framework development

- Exposure to CI/ CD environment and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI etc.

- Strong Analytical and debugging Skills to identify source code gaps through test case development
- Good knowledge on using Code Coverage tools (Jacoco).

Secondary Skills

- Working experience in Agile/ Scrum methodologies.
- Solid Communication, Collaboration skills and analytical ability.




- Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate unit test creation, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity.
- Strong proficiency in Android platform development, including Android Framework and HAL layers, with hands-on experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing Android-based automotive systems.

- Collaborate with Customer to understand requirements and implement effective testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain unit test cases for Android FW & HAL layers.
- Automate Testing Process to ensure scalability and repeatability of tests.
- Review and Analysis of Test Reports and Coverage Reports.
- Contribute to Automatic Unit testing using different tool.
- Suggesting best practices in Unit Testing using latest tools and frameworks for android Testing and Automation of Test development.
- Providing Guidance to team in resolving critical issues.
- Participate in Customer meetings, reports preparation and Team discussions.
